The company's new Tuna meat production capacity and technical transformation project are completed, and the environmental protection self acceptance is made public

On November 30, 2017, the completion acceptance meeting of environmental protection facilities of the new tuna fish production capacity technical transformation project of Zhoushan jiabico Food Co., Ltd. was held in Zhoushan jiabico Food Co., Ltd. The meeting was attended by Zhejiang dongtianhong Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. (EIA unit), Hangzhou Chuangda Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. (environmental protection facility design and construction unit), Ningbo Yuanda Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (acceptance testing unit) and 4 specially invited experts (see Annex for the list).

The acceptance team inspected and verified the implementation of environmental protection work of the project on site, formed inspection opinions after careful research and discussion, and put forward rectification requirements. As of November 30, 2017, the company has completed all the rectification contents. Through self inspection, the company believes that the project meets the environmental protection acceptance conditions. According to the regulations on the administration of construction projects and the relevant requirements of enterprise self acceptance, the basic acceptance information of the project is now disclosed as follows:

1、 Basic information of the project

The project is located at No. 68, jiabike Road, Zhanmao street, Putuo District, Zhoushan City. The total investment is 33 million yuan, including 2.15 million yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 6.5% of the total investment.

2、 Acceptance monitoring results

The monitoring results of the monitoring report on completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities of Zhoushan jiabico Food Co., Ltd. new Tuna meat production capacity and technical transformation project (Yuanda testing 2017 No. 028) issued by Ningbo Yuanda Testing Technology Co., Ltd. show that:

（1） Waste water

Wastewater: during the monitoring period, the range of pH value at the standard outlet of the enterprise's production wastewater treatment facilities was 6.67 mg / L, the average discharge concentration of chemical oxygen demand was 59.8 mg / L, the average discharge concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 0.619 mg / L, the average discharge concentration of total phosphorus was 6.73 mg / L, and the average discharge concentration of suspended solids was 15.5 mg / L, all of which met the discharge standard of Zhoushan Zhanmao comprehensive wastewater treatment plant.

（2） Exhaust gas

1. Organized waste gas monitoring conclusion.

During the monitoring period, the average emission concentration of smoke and dust at the outlet of boiler chimney of the project is 42.3mg/m3, the average emission rate is 0.23 kg / h, the average emission concentration of nitrogen oxides is 129 mg / and the average emission rate is 0.74kg/h. The average emission concentration of corresponding pollutants at the outlet of the exhaust funnel is lower than the maximum allowable emission concentration in Table 2 of the integrated emission standard of air pollutants GB16297-1996, and the average emission rate is lower than the maximum allowable emission rate specified in Table 2 and 7.1 of the integrated emission standard of air pollutants GB16297-1996.

（3） Noise

During the monitoring period, the daytime noise of two cycles around the plant boundary of the project meets the class 3 standard in the emission standard for environmental noise at boundary of industrial enterprises (gb22337-2008).

（4） Solid waste

The company has built solid waste storage yard and dustbin according to regulations to collect all kinds of solid waste by classification. The general solid waste dump has been well protected from rain. Domestic garbage can be collected in a sealed box to prevent the diffusion of odor. The construction of solid waste storage yard is relatively complete, and all kinds of solid waste disposal methods meet the relevant requirements and basically meet the requirements of environmental protection completion acceptance.

3、 Conclusion

During the implementation of the new tuna fish production capacity technical transformation project of Zhoushan jiabico Food Co., Ltd., relevant environmental protection measures have been implemented in accordance with the requirements of the environmental impact assessment and its reply, and the corresponding environmental protection management system has been established. The discharge of "three wastes" has reached the relevant national discharge standards. At present, the completion acceptance of the environmental protection facilities of the construction project has been completed.
